Jan Peter Stroop
Versatile and intelligent, coupled with enthusiasm and vast knowledge for food and wine garnered from his experience with the Conran Group at the Orrery Restaurant, Jan is the Manager at San Marco. He takes great pride in guiding guests through the whole dining experience and seeing through the operations. You can be assured of inspired moments at San Marco through his attentiveness and commitment.
Paul Froggatt
He may be small in stature but huge on food! This Brit with grit is San Marco’s Chef de Cuisine. Well-schooled in European cuisine, together with his training and work experience at the then 3 star Michelin Restaurant of the late Bernard Loiseau and 2 star Michelin Gidleigh Park Hotel in Europe, Paul has fine-tuned his intuitive talent for creating great food at San Marco. His contribution to San Marco’s culinary agenda will be the cherry on top of the cake.
